The CURO Type 250 evenly and reliably shreds all pre-sorted, high-calorific waste material and is indispensable for any facility that produces refuse derived fuels.
SPECIALS
The CURO Type 250 forms the rugged and powerful basis for uniform shredding of paper, cardboard, plastic film and lightweight packaging to provide a refuse derived fuel with constant combustion behavior. The 2 m long cutting rotor is powered by a 250 kW three-phase motor, which can reverse whenever necessary and even start up under load without having to empty the shredding chamber. Its compact design simplifies the integration into an existing plant layout and its large maintenance doors provide good accessibility. That ensures short maintenance and set-up times as well as simple tool change (blades and screen baskets).
The capacity of the rotor drive is fully exploited at all times thanks to the load-sensing infeed pusher system, thus ensuring that the machine always delivers peak performance and efficiency generating refuse derived fuel that gains more and more of ecological importance.
